By booking, renting, or driving one of our vehicles, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
To rent a vehicle from ONCE LLC, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age (age may vary depending on vehicle type)
- Hold a valid driver's license with a minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Provide government-issued identification
- Have a valid payment method accepted by ONCE LLC
- International drivers must present a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (if applicable)
- A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm any booking
- Charges include base rental, taxes, fees, and optional add-ons (insurance, GPS, etc.)
- Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily fees
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservation in cases of suspected fraud or incomplete documents
When renting a vehicle, you agree to the following:
- Drive responsibly and follow all local traffic laws
- No smoking in the vehicle — a cleaning fee will apply for violations
- Do not use the vehicle for illegal purposes, towing, racing, or off-road driving
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel level, or refueling charges may apply
- Report any accidents, thefts, or damage immediately
Only drivers listed in the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
- ONCE LLC offers optional insurance packages including Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, and more
- You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss not covered under your insurance or ours
- You agree to pay for fines, penalties, tolls, or towing fees incurred during your rental period
- Personal items left in the vehicle are not covered under any insurance and are your sole responsibility
- Free cancellation is allowed if made at least 24 hours before the pick-up time
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges depending on booking terms
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement without notice if any of the following occur:
- You violate these Terms
- The vehicle is misused or driven dangerously
- Payment is declined or reversed
- Fraudulent documents are detected
In such cases, you must immediately return the vehicle or risk legal action.
ONCE LLC is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of personal property or data
- Delays caused by accidents, weather, traffic, or mechanical issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental period.
Any disputes will be handled according to the laws of the United States. You agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or small claims court, where applicable.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
- Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date
- Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes
