By accessing the ONCE Auto & Rentals website, submitting a rental application, or using services provided by ONCE Autos LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit an application or use the applicable services.

2. Rental Application Process

The online application is used to collect information needed to evaluate prospective renters and determine the appropriate next steps.

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee approval, vehicle availability, pricing, or a rental start date.

3. Applicant Information and Documentation

Applicants may be required to provide accurate and valid information including:

• Full legal name
• Phone number and contact information
• Current residential address
• Valid driver's license information
• Government-issued identification where required
• Insurance information where required
• Other documents reasonably necessary for the rental process

4. Verification and Review

ONCE may review information submitted through an application in order to verify identity, documentation, driver's license information, insurance information, and other rental qualifications.

Additional authorization may be requested separately when required for a particular third-party verification process or by applicable law.

5. Vehicle Availability

Submitting or completing an application does not guarantee availability of a specific vehicle, make, model, color, or rental date.

Vehicle availability may change based on current rentals, fleet status, maintenance, and other operational factors.

6. Rental Agreement

Applicants who are approved to proceed may be required to sign a separate rental agreement before receiving a vehicle.

The final rental agreement may include additional terms relating to:

• Rental rates
• Deposits
• Payment schedule
• Authorized drivers
• Insurance requirements
• Vehicle condition
• Maintenance
• Return requirements
• Late payments
• Damage or other applicable charges

7. Vehicle Use

Rental vehicles must be used responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with the applicable rental agreement.

• Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle.
• Vehicles may not be used for unlawful activity.
• Unsafe or reckless operation is prohibited.
• Intentional damage or misuse is prohibited.
• Accidents, theft, or significant damage should be reported promptly.

8. Insurance

Applicants or renters may be required to provide valid insurance information or otherwise satisfy applicable insurance requirements before a vehicle is released.

Specific requirements may be explained during the approval process or in the final rental agreement.

9. Payments, Deposits, and Fees

The initial website application does not itself complete payment for a rental.

Applicants who are approved to proceed may receive separate instructions regarding payment.

Rental rates, deposits, recurring payments, late fees, damage-related charges, and other applicable fees may be described in the payment process or final rental agreement.

10. Communications

By providing valid contact information, you authorize ONCE to contact you regarding your application, verification, vehicle availability, rental status, account, and related service matters.

Separate consent may apply to promotional or marketing communications.

11. Accuracy of Information

Information submitted to ONCE must be accurate, current, and complete.

ONCE may delay, decline, or discontinue an application if information appears fraudulent, misleading, altered, incomplete, or cannot reasonably be verified.

12. Website Use

Users may not misuse the ONCE website or interfere with its normal operation.

Prohibited activity may include:

• Submitting knowingly fraudulent information
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Attempting to compromise website security
• Using the website for unlawful activity
• Interfering with website functionality

13. Changes to These Terms

ONCE may update these Terms & Conditions as business practices, services, technology, or applicable requirements change.
